Jacobs has practiced astrology since 1978 and received her professional
qualification in 1995 from the National
Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR). A former student of British
astrologer Dennis
Elwell, Michelle views the astrological chart as a complex evolutionary
symbol in which personal realities are depicted holographically.
 Michelle's
consulting approach is direct, concrete and constructive as it relates
astrology to the newest notions of physics and how our conceptions create
the subject matter of our lives.
Her articles and essays on astrology and chaos theory have appeared in
the NCGR Journal
and the anthology Fact
or Fiction?: Astrology.
Michelle is also a member of the Astrological
Association of Great Britain. She divides her time between the US,
the UK, and elsewhere.
